About Ken

Ken Herlin is a partner in the Real Estate Group at Goodmans. His work is transaction based, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and financings. Ken has worked on the real estate and leasing side of a number of retail insolvencies and restructurings, and he has significant experience with REITs, including their establishment, financing, and disposition. He co-authored a chapter in a book on tenants' rights and remedies in commercial leases and contributed to another practical guide on commercial leasing.
