Brock is a corporate and commercial lawyer with the firm's Halifax office, focusing on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and banking. He advises businesses, lenders and investors on transactions ranging from small to large scale, acting for buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers across industries including renewable energy, utilities and health related businesses. His work spans incorporations, reorganizations, asset and share transactions, real property matters and financings, along with drafting commercial contracts such as non-disclosure and services agreements. Before entering the legal profession he worked in financial and operational roles in the utilities industry. He earned his J.D. with a Business Law Certificate from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2022 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2023.
