About Brianna
Brianna Cowling is a senior associate whose practice centers on banking and debt finance. Brianna represents banks along with private lenders, borrowers, sponsors and equity investors, handling complex transactions that span domestic, cross-border and international lines, including financing deals for renewable energy projects. Brianna has volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program, which uses legal education to help high school students succeed and become engaged, active citizens. During law school, Brianna volunteered at the Halifax Refugee Clinic, tutoring English.
