E Mark Keohane has spent more than 30 years representing clients in complex litigation, appearing on superior and appellate court matters, tribunal proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations throughout Western and Central Canada. He has appeared in reported decisions covering commercial disputes, construction, entertainment licensing, and contract matters, including an application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Business Administration and Commerce in 1986 and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 1989. He became a member of the Law Society of Alberta in 1990.
