About Timothy
Timothy Wood earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 1982 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1985, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1986. He has conducted a litigation practice throughout his career, focusing on serious personal injury claims, disability disputes, insurance coverage litigation and professional negligence, and is frequently retained as conflict counsel by other Alberta firms. Wood has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen's Bench, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has conducted numerous examinations, judicial dispute resolutions, administrative hearings, trials and appeals.
