Brian Parker is a registered professional planner at Gowling WLG's Toronto office, working in municipal, real estate and development matters. Since 1986, he has been involved in complex land-use planning assignments, providing expert opinion on provincial and municipal planning policy, subdivision planning, official plan approvals, zoning and site plan matters.
