About Chaylene

Chaylene Gallagher is a partner at Bryan & Company and leads the firm's Employment and Labour team, acting for both employers and employees in drafting, litigation, and tribunal work, including a substantial human rights practice. She is also a commercial litigator with experience in wills, trusts, and estates, and has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta as well as before provincial and federal tribunals on workers' compensation, human rights, and union matters. Chaylene earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2012 and her J.D. from the same university in 2015, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2016. She is a sessional instructor at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law, teaching Professionalism and Ethics.
