Nathan Surkan is an Associate at JFK Law's Vancouver office. He clerked for six justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia after earning his J.D. from the Allard School of Law at UBC in 2018, then articled and spent four years at a national law firm practising Aboriginal, regulatory, environmental, and insurance litigation. He holds a BScH in Biochemistry and Environmental Studies from Queen's University (2013) and has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2020.
