About Karl

Karl Gerstheimer has practised law since 1994, focusing on real estate transactions, wills and estates, and estate planning. His real estate practice covers residential, condominium, and commercial purchases and sales, financing and mortgage transactions, leasing, and land development, rezoning, and development applications. His wills and estates practice includes drafting wills and trusts, administering estates, transferring property, and handling matters involving incapacity, and he has presented seminars on wills and estate planning for groups representing people with special needs and retirees. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association and serves as an advisor to a number of non-profit community organizations and social clubs.
