About Stuart

Stuart Wicijowski is a partner at McDougall Gauley LLP in Regina, practising corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on commercial real estate, secured lending, venture capital financing, and securities. His clients include major financial institutions, pension funds, investment funds, and national and local real estate investors, and he previously spent four years in the legal department of a major Canadian insurance company. Stuart has been named Lawyer of the Year for Banking and Finance Law in Regina and is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for commercial leasing and corporate law. He earned a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina in 1986 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1987, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1988.
