About Liyan

Liyan Wu's solicitor's practice spans real estate, commercial lending, corporate work, and wills and estates for individuals, families, private companies, developers, and financial institutions. Her transactional work covers acquisitions, financings, leasing, and sales of commercial and residential property, secured lending on behalf of both lenders and borrowers, share and asset purchase deals, corporate reorganizations, and business succession and estate planning. She returned to Chen & Leung after several years practising at a national firm and a well-known downtown Vancouver firm, having been called to the Alberta bar in 2017 and the British Columbia bar in 2018.
