Allyson L. Buchanan
Allyson Buchanan is an associate practising civil litigation with a focus on estate litigation, capacity litigation, and elder law. She was part of the first graduate cohort of the Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Sussex partnership program, earning her Bachelor of Arts with distinction and her Bachelor of Laws with first-class honours. Called to the bar in 2023, she represents estate trustees, beneficiaries, and substitute decision makers, and frequently appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.
