About Dazia

Dazia is an associate who focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters, advising insurance companies and other industry stakeholders. Before entering private practice, she gained litigation and public policy experience as a legal extern with the ACLU of Georgia, where she researched constitutional issues in proposed legislation and helped draft pleadings and amicus briefs. She also worked as a committee administrative assistant in the Louisiana House of Representatives, drafting budget amendments and analyzing proposed legislation. Dazia currently volunteers with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, and has past experience as a digital strategist for the Houston Public Library and a public policy intern with the Institute of Urban Policy Research & Analysis. She earned her JD with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2025, concentrating on civil litigation and dispute resolution, and holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
