Bill Denstedt is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group at Loopstra Nixon, focusing on real estate transactions. Before joining the firm, he was a founding partner of Realty Law, a firm serving real estate clients across Ontario, where he built a practice centred on new technology and client communication. Earlier in his career he articled and practised civil litigation, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court and at examinations for discovery, experience he still draws on in his real estate work. He spent his first year of law school at the University of Melbourne in Australia before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Windsor, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University. Bill chairs the Real Estate section of the Toronto Law Journal Editorial Board.
