About Stephanie

Stephanie Molinaro joined Stroud Cohen Law Office and Cohen LLP as an associate lawyer in January 2016, where she practises real estate law and handles corporate transactional work. She assists clients with residential and commercial real estate needs and works closely with them on corporate matters such as forming new corporations, asset and share purchase transactions, shareholder and partnership agreements, and reorganizations. A Pickering native, she graduated from York University with an Honours B.A. in Professional Writing and obtained her J.D. from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law in 2013, followed by her call to the Ontario bar in 2014.
