About Sean

Sean S. Parsa is the principal lawyer at Parsa Law and teaches Contract Law as a lecturer at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. He holds a J.D. from Toronto Metropolitan University, an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Ryerson University. He is a certified Project Management Professional and certified under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan (Tarion). Before founding Parsa Law, he worked at several law firms in corporate and real estate law and spent several years in management consulting at Deloitte, advising on business strategy, operations, and growth. He also serves as general counsel and managing partner of a real estate development firm active across the GTA, handling land assemblies, joint ventures, and negotiations with municipalities and lenders. He was called to the Bar of Ontario, is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, and is a Notary Public.
