About Bernice

Bernice maintains a commercial insurance litigation practice covering general insurance defence, professional errors and omissions, product liability, construction, subrogation and coverage, and also practises in class actions, administrative law and municipal liability. Her clients include the Association of Manitoba Municipalities' insurance program and the Manitoba School Boards Association's liability program, along with healthcare professional liability programs. She has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba, the Federal Court of Canada and various tribunals, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She chairs the firm's litigation practice.
