About Bernard

Bernard Buschke is a partner who works primarily with the firm's taxation and business law groups, helping structure reorganizations, acquisitions, and sales in the most efficient way for a business and its owners. He is also an experienced litigator, having handled both tax disputes against the Department of Justice and civil litigation matters. Before joining CCSB, Bernard ran his own practice, Buschke Law, concentrating on tax law and litigation. His earlier background as an entrepreneur and construction worker informs his approach, and he combines an aggressive advocacy style with an effort to find common ground that benefits all parties involved.
