About Howard
Howard Cooper is a founding partner of CCSB Law whose practice focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and private equity transactions. He is a certified specialist in corporate and commercial law and previously worked at a Bay Street law firm. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 1980 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.
