About Sean

Sean Jackson is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group specializing in complex intellectual property litigation for pharmaceutical, medical products, cannabis, oil and gas, and telecommunications clients. He has particular expertise in Patented Medicines Notice of Compliance proceedings and has appeared before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, securing damages awards exceeding C$120 million. He holds a PhD in biochemistry.
