About Daniel
Daniel Cooper is a partner at CCSB Law whose corporate and commercial practice covers business purchases and sales, shareholder agreements, financing, and general corporate matters. He joined CCSB in 2014 as an articling student and holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. He graduated with honours from Bond University's Faculty of Law and was called to the bar in 2015.
