About Alexandra

At Osler, Alexandra Alacchi counsels private equity sponsors, publicly listed issuers and privately held companies on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, private equity investments and other complex corporate matters. Alexandra also has experience representing emerging and high-growth companies from their early structuring through to an eventual exit. Alexandra completed a B.C.L./LL.B. at McGill University, clerking at the Cour du Québec during her studies, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University. Before joining Osler, Alexandra worked in public policy and international affairs across Montreal, Paris, Geneva and New York, and served as an advisor to a federal cabinet minister in Ottawa. Best Lawyers in Canada has recognized Alexandra as a "One to Watch" in corporate law.
