About Jessica

Jessica England is a co-founder and partner of England Lam Family Law who has practised exclusively in family law for almost ten years, with extensive litigation experience at all British Columbia court levels, including the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. She is a trained collaborative family lawyer, a Law Society-certified family law mediator, and has completed extensive parenting coordination training. Her practice covers parental alienation, resistance and refusal dynamics, relocation matters, complex financial assets, and child and spousal support involving self-employment and business income.
