About Nitin

Nitin (Nick) Srivastava is a partner at Crash Lawyers, where his general litigation practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, estate planning and related litigation matters. He is dual qualified as a lawyer in Alberta (2017) and India (2010), with experience in both trial and appellate matters. He earned his law degree from Delhi University in India in 2010 and a Master of Laws from the University of Calgary in 2015. He mentors internationally trained lawyers through the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council and serves as a director of the Rocky Mountain Civil Liberties Association, and is involved with the Canadian Bar Association's South Section, the GLC, and FACL Western Chapter.
