About Audrey
Audrey Shecter is a Certified Specialist in Family Law and a partner at Beard Winter, where she practices exclusively in family law. She handles parenting decision-making and parenting time, child and spousal support, property division, cohabitation agreements, and marriage contracts, and appears regularly before all levels of court in Ontario as well as in mediations and arbitrations. Audrey is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and belongs to the Ontario Bar Association's Family Law Section, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Advocates' Society. She was called to the bar in 2000 and holds an LL.B. from Queen's University, along with earlier degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia. Audrey also serves as one of Beard Winter's articling principals and mentors junior lawyers at the firm.
