About Jenna

Jenna Beaton is a litigator who has practiced family law for more than ten years, often working at the intersection of family law and corporate litigation involving complex financial issues and business valuations. She has substantial trial experience and has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario. Beyond litigation, she advises clients on domestic contracts, including marriage contracts, and frequently represents clients in mediation, seeking practical and cost-effective resolutions. She also acts as a private mediator and serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Toronto, Brampton, Newmarket, and Hamilton Superior Courts of Justice. She belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
