Ashley Faust
Ashley is both a litigator and McCague Borlack's Director of Student Program and Audit. Her litigation practice focuses on insurance defence, with a focus on occupiers' liability and professional liability. She's appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and various tribunals.
