About Kyle

Kyle Fogden advises independent television and film production companies on development, financing, production, distribution and intellectual property matters. He is recognized in the Canadian LEXPERT Directory and Who's Who Legal: Canada (Sports & Entertainment), and has practised exclusively in entertainment law since 2003. Before co-founding Chandler Fogden Lyman, he practised film and television law with Roberts & Stahl in Vancouver and music law with Shukat Arrow Hafer Weber & Herbsman in New York. He has acted as production counsel on scripted and unscripted television series and feature and television motion pictures, including Yellowjackets, You Me Her, Big Timber, and Swan Song. He has taught Entertainment Law for UBC Continuing Studies and has been a panelist at industry events for FactualWEST, DOC BC, and the Canadian Media Production Association. He was called to the New York bar in 2005.
