About Vickie
Vickie M. Phillips focuses her practice on wills, estates and trusts and is regarded as one of Etobicoke's most experienced practitioners in the area. She has practiced since being called to the bar in 1985, developing particular expertise in complex estate planning, including multiple wills, planning for beneficiaries with disabilities, and diverse types of assets. Her work spans preparing wills and powers of attorney, administering estates, and handling the appointment and removal of trustees and the passing of accounts. Vickie previously worked in real estate and corporate law, giving her insight into how those areas intersect with estate planning, and she is frequently sought out as a speaker and consulted by other professionals. Her clients range from those preparing for marriage or starting a family to those planning for end-of-life issues, and she has extensive experience helping families provide for a disabled beneficiary.
