About Anne
Anne Davenport joined Fosters Law LLP in 2011, having completed undergraduate studies in science and kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and a law degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2008, with a call to the Ontario Bar in 2009. The practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury, insurance litigation, medical malpractice, professional liability, historical assaults and fraud, with a particular interest in jury trial advocacy. Anne Davenport completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop at Osgoode Hall Law School and courses through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and volunteered with Community Legal Services while at Western Law. Anne Davenport is a former member of the Canadian National Synchronized Swimming team.
