About Brian

Brian Foster is one of the founders of Fosters Law LLP and has been instrumental in leading the firm toward its current focus on civil litigation. The practice encompasses personal injury, insurance litigation, medical and professional liability, wrongful dismissal, and administrative and labour law. Brian Foster has taken specific training in mediation and favours negotiation, mediation and arbitration as tools for resolving disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
