Fosters Law LLP is an insurance litigation and personal injury firm based in downtown London, Ontario, with a second office in Mississauga. The firm has practiced in Ontario since 1975 and takes its name from founding partner Brian A. Foster; it was previously known as Foster Townsend LLP. Fosters Law describes itself as an insurance litigation and personal injury firm, and it has built a practice on both sides of the bar: defending local and international insurers, businesses, and property owners in coverage disputes and liability claims, while also representing injured people directly in their own personal injury cases.

The firm now counts thirteen lawyers across its two offices. One partner joined as an articling student in 1990 and made partner in 2004, and several others have been with the firm for more than a decade. Fosters Law's work spans motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits disputes, slip and fall claims under Ontario's Occupiers' Liability Act, professional and medical malpractice, sports and recreational injury cases, and mediation and arbitration.
