About Tejdeep

Tejdeep Chattha is the partner and founder of TSC Law, practicing corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on commercial real estate. Much of his work involves secured lending transactions for banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions, along with acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development matters for real estate investors and developers. He also handles purchase and sale agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, and incorporations for dentists, veterinarians, physicians, and other health care professionals. Tejdeep earned his BComm and LLB from the University of Ottawa and was called to the bar in 2008.
