About Daniel

Daniel Bellefontaine is a partner with EY Law LLP focusing on the Canadian taxation of cross-border transactions, particularly in the oil and gas industry, including acquisitions, financing and reorganizations. Before joining EY Law, he practiced tax law at a national tax boutique and a large international law firm. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta (2014), the Law Society of British Columbia (2010) and the Law Society of Ontario (2009).
