About Kristin

Kristin Desrochers is a Partner at TDS practicing primarily family law, including custody and support matters, property division, guardianship applications, adoptions, and child protection matters. She also serves clients in real estate, wills, and powers of attorney. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 2004, articled in Portage la Prairie, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2005, practicing in Portage la Prairie and the surrounding area ever since. She chairs the Board of the Portage Family Abuse Prevention Centre. Her services are provided through Desrochers Law Corporation.
