About Tatiyana

Tatiyana Bubnowicz joined the firm as an associate in January 2022, focusing her practice on family law along with wills, estates, and residential real estate. Called to the bar in June 2010, she practised for nearly nine years with two mid-sized Winnipeg firms before joining the Law Society of Manitoba as Competence Counsel, where she helped develop the articling Practice Readiness Education Program. She favours a collaborative, negotiated approach to family law disputes and received her collaborative certification from Collaborative Practice Manitoba in 2017. She has been active with the Manitoba Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section and Law Day Organizing Committee, and continues to facilitate legal skills workshops for articling students.
