About Andrew

Andrew Lawson is a partner at Valin Partners LLP, practising mainly in real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law. Raised in North Bay and a graduate of Chippewa Secondary School, he attended the University of Victoria in British Columbia before completing his law degree at Bond University on Australia's Gold Coast. He was called to the bar in 2015 and articled at Valin Partners before working as an Assistant Crown Attorney in North Bay. After a period as a partner with Danny W. Ferguson and then as a sole practitioner at Lawson Law, he rejoined Valin Partners as a partner in January 2023. He currently serves as president of the Capitol Centre in North Bay and was previously a member of the Nipissing Law Association.
