Valin Partners LLP is a full-service law firm based in North Bay, Ontario, with additional offices in Mattawa and Kapuskasing that extend its reach across the Nipissing District, Parry Sound, and Northeastern Ontario. The Valin name in North Bay law dates to 1895, when Joseph A. Valin was appointed the first District Court Judge for the District of Nipissing. Joseph's grandson, Kenneth M. Valin, graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar on October 15, 1936. Kenneth founded the firm shortly after with Bill Flannery, under the name Flannery & Valin, and went on to practice law in North Bay for fifty years.

Nine lawyers now practice under the Valin Partners name, handling real estate, corporate and commercial law, wills and estate planning, estate litigation, employment law, family law, municipal law, civil and commercial litigation, and construction law. In 2019, McLachlan Froud LLP, whose partners had practiced law in North Bay since 1972 and 1976, joined the firm, adding decades of real estate and litigation experience. Several lawyers connected to the firm over the years have gone on to the bench, including judges at both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
