About Michael

Michael J.N. Haraschuk is a partner whose practice is devoted to defending individuals and corporations charged with criminal and quasi-criminal offences. Michael has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and has extensive experience at judicial interim release hearings, preliminary inquiries, trials, and appeals. Michael earned an Honours BA from the University of Toronto in 2001 and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2004. Michael belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Sudbury District Law Association.
