About P.

P. Berk Keaney is a partner whose practice is restricted to defending charges under the Criminal Code, other federal penal statutes, and provincial statutes such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act. He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Criminal Law. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1974 and has served on the Law Society's Criminal Law Checklist and Specialist Certification committees. He is a past executive member of the Criminal Lawyers Association and a past chair of the Sudbury Law Association's Criminal Law Committee.
