About Simon
Simon Philip Valleau is a partner at EHPNF whose work centers on residential and commercial real estate, from purchases and sales to refinancing, along with business incorporation and corporate reorganizations. His files also include will drafting and corporate and family trust arrangements. He finished his law degree with distinction at the University of Ottawa in 1989, gaining his call to the bar two years later in 1991, and now has more than three decades of practice experience. Simon ran his own practice for a decade before joining the firm in 2001 and becoming a partner in 2007. Over the years he has also handled family, employment, criminal, construction and litigation matters, and since 2016 has carried on the real estate and corporate practice of the firm's late partner Brian Poisson.
