About Andrew
Andrew is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office with practice focused on corporate, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He assists issuers and underwriters in connection with corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, bought deals and other prospectus offerings and private placements. Andrew is also experienced in advising corporations on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, continuous disclosure requirements and regulatory and compliance issues. Prior to joining Gowling WLG, he worked as a corporate securities associate at a regional Bay Street firm.
