About Mark
Mark J. Cochrane is a litigator who graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2006 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2009. He has conducted trials in the BC Provincial Court and BC Supreme Court and argued appeals before the BC Court of Appeal on matters including changes to parenting time, retroactive child support, spousal support variations, and property division. He previously co-presented continuing legal education seminars on cross-examining psychological and health care experts with Dr. Gordon Cochrane, and was a faculty member at Kwantlen Polytechnic University for 25 years. Cochrane practises through a law corporation.
