About Robert

Robert Hendry is senior counsel at Procido LLP, an intellectual property lawyer and patent agent specializing in patent prosecution, portfolio management, and technology commercialization. He brings a business-focused approach drawn from his years as in-house counsel with a multinational group of energy companies. Robert earned his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2003 and the Alberta Bar in 2004. He is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, a Canadian and U.S. patent agent, and a Canadian trademark agent, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for Technology Law since 2014 and in the Canadian Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner.
