About Alireza
Alireza Ameri founded Lime Law Corporation and runs a busy corporate-commercial and real estate practice, with a large share of his work involving creative financing, including private mortgages, alternative lending structures, and their security packages. He acts for lenders of all sizes, from individuals making a first private loan to established lending businesses. Before founding Lime Law, he practised as a litigator at another firm, and still appears in court on behalf of clients when a transaction goes wrong, having appeared before various BC tribunals, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Federal Court of Canada. Alireza is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch), and practises in English and Farsi.
