About Alexander

Alexander Kinrade is an Employment Lawyer at Cashion Legal practising employment law, human rights and civil litigation. Alexander earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lakehead University, receiving the Canadian Sociological Association's Outstanding Graduating Student Award, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, winning the Alberta Law Review's Morrow Essay Contest. Before joining Cashion Legal, Alexander was an associate at a boutique estate law firm, and has independently represented clients at the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, as well as co-counselling at the Alberta Court of Appeal. Alexander's work includes severance and contract reviews and negotiations, and representing clients in claims involving wrongful dismissal, discrimination, bullying and constructive dismissal.
