Mike Cashion is the founder and managing lawyer of Cashion Legal, an employment law firm representing small businesses and employees in Calgary. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba. Mike's practice focuses on just cause allegations, shareholder disputes and non-competition disputes, along with severance negotiations, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, workplace harassment and discrimination, human rights complaints, workplace investigations, and employment contract review.
