About Robert
Robert Mysicka earned an H.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2008 and a J.D. from Queen's University Faculty of Law in 2011, and was admitted to practice in Ontario in 2012. He has a general civil practice representing individuals and small businesses, with a focus on real estate transactions, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, and family law, including matrimonial property disputes. He also advises on employment law, contractual disputes, construction litigation, and estate law and trusts, and prefers alternative dispute resolution where a favourable settlement can be reached. Robert has published on regulation and regulatory issues for the C.D. Howe Institute and other outlets, and has spoken at conferences including Canada's Competition Summit 2025.
