Robert Bilak practices in civil, commercial and administrative litigation, including contractual disputes, regulatory and environmental compliance, and professional disciplinary matters. He has represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and has assisted clients in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution processes. Before joining Caron & Partners LLP, he clerked at the Court of Appeal of Alberta and practiced at an international law firm in Calgary.
