WisebergLaw is a sole practice in Ottawa run by Adam Wiseberg, with an office at 2435 Holly Lane in the city's South Keys area. Wiseberg earned an LLB from the University of Ottawa in 1996, graduating cum laude, and later an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick in the UK, graduating with distinction. Between 2000 and 2008, Wiseberg practiced with major law firms in Tokyo, working on cross border securitizations, debt refinancings, aircraft leasing, and mergers and acquisitions, and taught as an instructor in Temple University's Law Extension Program during that period. Wiseberg returned to Canada in 2008 and settled in Ottawa in 2010, going on to build a practice that has handled real estate transactions in the city and across Ontario since 2013.

The firm now covers real estate, family law, wills and estates, estate litigation, and business and finance law for individuals, families, and small businesses across Ontario. It's structured around direct access to Adam Wiseberg rather than a team of associates. Every client works with Wiseberg personally from the first consultation through to the resolution of their matter, and files aren't handed off partway through. Arthur Ayers serves as of counsel to the firm.
